Meet Dina

Dina has been leading the front of house at The Cotley for a number of years, and we’re very excited to share that she’ll soon be taking a little time away to welcome her first baby.

Hardworking and enormously loyal, Dina has given so much to The Cotley over the years. She has an exceptionally keen eye for detail and spots the things most of us would walk straight past. There’s a great deal that goes into keeping a pub running, much of it behind the scenes, and we’re hugely grateful for the care and effort she puts into it.

She’s not disappearing just yet, though! Over the coming months, Dina will be handing the reins to Fergus and introducing him to those of you who haven’t yet met him. We’ll miss her while she’s away, but we’re so pleased for her as she prepares for this next chapter.

Dessert island meal: Starter = Smoked mackerel pate & pickled cucumbers.
Main = Lobster linguine (only to be enjoyed on the Amalfi Coast).
Dessert = Apple crumble with a 60/40 ratio of crumble topping to fruti with a generous dollop of clotted cream.
